Privacy Policy

Pretty short.

This website:

• When you enter your email into an email field anywhere on this site, we may collect your email for launch announcements, product updates and occasional emails about PPTCreatEd.

• If you send us a support request, we will receive anything that you include in that form.

• If you decide to write a review (thanks!), we collect names, review text and consent choices. Your review will only be published in accordance with the consents you provide via the checkboxes. If you do not consent to using your personal information in our marketing, we will keep it on file but never show it in marketing. You may withdraw your review or the consents at any time by contacting admin@pptcreated.com.

• PPTCreatEd will never sell your data.

• Contact admin@pptcreated.com to be removed. Every email will have an unsubscribe option if you wish to do so.

• We keep your email until you unsubscribe. Our providers keep data under their own policies.

• We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.

Other Providers:

• We use LemonSqueezy to handle licensing and payments. Please see their privacy policy here. Any details you give LemonSqueezy are held on their servers.

• We use Hostinger to host our site. Please see their privacy policy here. Details you enter into forms on this site are stored on Hostinger's servers.

• We use GitHub for app update purposes. Please see their privacy policy here.

• Any emails are sent using Hostinger, which holds your email address on our behalf.

• Our providers process data in other countries.

Phonica PPT:

• What you type into Phonica PPT is processed on your computer and is not sent to us. Your license key and device identifier are sent to LemonSqueezy to verify your license. If you choose to send an error report, we receive what you include in it.

• To verify your license, Phonica PPT generates a unique device identifier based on your hardware configuration including your computer's hostname. This identifier is sent to and stored by LemonSqueezy as part of license activation, and is used for license validation purposes and support requests. This happens on every launch and periodically while open.

• On startup, Phonica PPT checks for updates by contacting a server hosted by GitHub, which receives your IP address and app version.
